Develop and offer a Hotel and Restaurant Management Program in conjunction with local Universities and Culinary Schools. Participating and graduating students will have the opportunity to intern at The Sterling, The Overlook, and The Gables
Develop a Financial Literacy Program
•To reduce community dependency on payday loans by partnering with local banks to encourage marginalized community members to open checking and savings accounts for free and without minimum balance requirement.

Entrepreneurship Challenge offering opportunities to present to Private Equity firms to receive feedback, start-up or expansion capital.
Open Kitchen Program will showcase local culinary professionals who are talented but are not in a position to finance and open their own restaurant or pastry shops.
Performing Arts Center will showcase local talents in the Arts to continue the tradition dear to the heart of Madam Gertrude Sternbergh.
